Dreams and Deciphers

Okay, so we've all had a dream at least once in our life, right? But don't you ever wonder what they mean? Like, what symoblizes what, is it a sign, so on and so forth. Honestly, I'm no expert, but my friend did find this free app called "Dream Moods". I don't know what it's available on besides iDevices, but it seems pretty legit.
I recently had this very strange and bizarre dream that honestly made NO sense to me whatsoever, but I did remember key settings and events. So how Dream Moods works, is you search something that was in your dream, and it will tell you what it symbolizes! From there you can kind of put the pieces together.
For example, in my dream I was batting off sharks. According to Dream Moods, sharks are a symbol for anger, hostility, anything of the like. I was batting them off, so obviously I was able to control that and in my life there was a feeling of calm.
I'm not going to share my dream because 1. it was amazingly long and 2. it was kinda personal, but I will say it was pretty accurate as to events that had happened in my life. Remember, it's your brain, so how you view events will be how things play out in your dream! There might not be a giant sign from fate saying to "DO THIS", but there will be some signs to show what might happen if you don't do something.
Another example from my dream, there was this giant lamp but it wasn't lit. Dream Moods says that when lamps are unlit and they appear in dreams it's normally a sign of being overwhelmed by your own emotions. I'm not going to say whether that's true, you can decide for yourself if you think that is.
Now some of you that might or might not be reading this are probably thinking I'm a crazy lunatic that actually believes in things such as fate and destiny and that dreams do mean something or whatever. Actually, I just found it interesting and decided to post it up here for other people to try out. I'm not really advertising the app either, or well... I'm not trying to. I just thought it would be entertaining for some people to see what this app thinks their dreams mean.
Well, I think that's all I really have to say! Again, that's the Naj life.

The Evil Beast Procrastination

If you're like me, aka if you're human, you probably suffer from a mental illness known as procrastincation. For those that don't know what that is, procrastination is putting something off for later, again and agian and again in most cases. It's never really serious until that day you need it to be done, and when that time comes so does the stress.
The real question however, is how do you get rid of this evil beast O_O Well... there are some simple ways to help stay on task.

1. Get rid of any distractions! That includes iDevices, good books, internet accessing devices and younger siblings. Now the younger sibling part is probably the hardest. Talk to your parents, hopefully they'll do something to keep them busy. As for devices, just make sure you're in a separate room.
2. Get comfy! No one wants to work in a place that's too hot or too cold. That's a distraction too! In a way...
3. Have a little healthy snack! Okay... I might not follow the healthy part myself, but honestly, chips aren't gonna get you any brain circulation, fruit though is good. Even a sandwhich would be nice. Nothing messy though.
4. Music! Music is often seen as a distraction, but if it's relaxing, or you know you won't get distracted by it, then by all means bring it along! If it's on an iPod touch though.... Try to get something that doesn't have internet access or apps.
5. Alarms clocks ^^ You don't want to overwork yourself, so it's always good to assign a reasonable time for each day that you work. Schedules are good, so calendars are handy along with alarm clocks.
6. Potty. I know this one sounds goofy, but you need to get rid of that extra "bagagge" before you start working u.u
7. Peppy! Yeah, it's hard to be peppy about something you don't feel like doing, but just give yourself a little talk. Imagine how much easier you're making things and tackle it head on! Get violent with it if you must.

Of course, some of these probably won't work for you if not all :/ They're really simple, so I'm sure you've probably already thought of them. However I find them helpful at times when I need to get something done. Always remember to take your time too! Rushing will just get you a bad grade, or if you're not in school, a bad look I guess. I don't know, I don't have a job XD

If you do happen to be reading this though and you have another tip, comment and I'll add it with the rest! I doubt anyone will read this though XD Also, make sure you're well rested and give yourself a little reward for after. Rewards are always a good follow up to hard work.
